  What could be improved: Hard to get to the hotel. It is in a small mall. They turn escalators off when it is late. The elevator did not work. A lot of stairs to walk. Then I forgot my phone in the car so I needed to walk back again. Terrible.
  
  Bad experience at the mall. Some dangerous areas to walk through. They were cleaning the floor downstairs (ground floor) so I needed to walk around. Now I am in treatment due to a sprained ankle/foot.

  Location is good for north Mexico City.
  
  What could be improved: Hotel is in the second floor of a shopping center, no direct access from parking and elevators (lifts) doesn’t work fine (2 out of 4 were working)

  I like the location, walking distance to plazas and restaurants.

  The spacious room, cleanliness, and surprisingly quiet despite being next to the highway.
  Also the fact that it’s in a shopping mall with great dining options other than the hotel restaurant.
  Nice bar with attentive wait staff.
  Starbucks at the lower floor.
  Safe Parking on site partially included.
  Will be back when i need to be in that area of CDMX.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in was incredibly slow. It took 3 staff members to get done. Seemed like none knew what they were doing. They barely spoke English, and seemed upset when my husband asked them a few things. They need all kinds of re-training.

  The room was so perfect. So quiet even though the hotel is next to one of the main avenues in Mexico city (periférico norte). Everything was so clean, in perfect order, the distribution inside the room was great. I loved the bed, it was firm and it felt so nice.
  The room had a bar fridge, hairdryer, a small desk and the lighting was good enough if you wanted to work or just simply to have some light in the room. The breakfast buffet was good although a little bit pricey for what it is offered.
  
  What could be improved: The pillows were very high, so uncomfortable to sleep with, at least for me. We had to pay $120 Mexican pesos per day of parking ($7.5 USD est.), I consider it is expensive here in Mexico and should be for free since we are already staying in the hotel.
