  Excellent hosts who were always available and eager & willing to do what they could for us & make us comfortable. Our limited Spanish made communication difficult, however phone translation helped out. Great sized apartment. A handy Trolleybus route to the city nearby. OXXO for grocery essentials very close. We stayed 6 nights at the beginning of our holiday and returned for 2 nights before flying back to Australia. Hilario was wonderful.
  
  What could be improved: The addition of screens on the windows. Fortunately the night temperatures were cool in March & early April and we did not need to leave the windows open at night.

  We were in Mexico doing medical tourism and we stayed at OM 686 URBAN LOFTS for the recovery period. It was great. You get to enjoy the culture in the heart of the Roma district and it is very safe. Close to everything that you might need and a 10 minute walk to a multi-story modern mall and shopping center. Quaint street restaurants and one day a week the side street is filled with street vendors.
  
  What could be improved: There is no elevator. That is not bad just FYI.

  Location was great, really close to where we wanted to go plus it is really quiet. There is a tianguis on fridays, so watch out for that!

  The location is great for walking to lots of things or catching rides, there were lots of cafes, shops, convenience stores, weekly markets near by. I love that they provide bottled 5 gal shared water on each floor's hallway.
  
  What could be improved: The caulking in the bathroom was a little iffy but I get it, i live in a humid climate and the upkeep is demanding, I assume not all guests know how to ventilate it and etc. The bathrooms do have a great window you can open to vent steam. I do wish all the windows had netting though, i was surprised mosquitos travelled all the way up to 3rd, 4th floors to snack on us.

  The staff was amazing. They were helpful in getting our bags upstairs and downstairs. They were helpful with cleaning and laundry. They were great to work with. They knew I had a hard time with mobility and always ready to help. The apartment was adequate for our needs and has everything you would expect.
