  The staff were extremely accommodating!
  Extremely hard workers employed at this hotel!
  
  What could be improved: The roof top restaurant turned out to be a night club more than a restaurant! Music stopped at 1:00 am, guests noisily leaving until 2:00 am. Construction underway on the new elevator., early and all day! The hotel is still under construction, kitchen amenities? Noisy intersection in the evening.

  La ubicación es buena, varios sitios de interés cercanos y la habitación contaba con lo necesario para la estancia aparte de que se ve muy bien.
  
  What could be improved: Tal vez el calor de la habitación era un poco sofocante, aunque la habitación si contaba con un ventilador y eso alivia un poco el calor. Y un punto en contra, es la cama, no es muy cómoda del todo y el descanso no fue del todo placentero

  La atención de la chica que esta de 3 a 11 qué se llama Maria, fue muy amable y cuando teníamos una duda de algo ella nos apoyaba mucho y resolvía nuestras dudas.
  
  What could be improved: Que la chica de la mañana que se llama Diana, cuando le preguntamos sobre algo, no daba soluciones e incluso a la hora de hacer el cheeking para retirarnos, ni siquiera estaba y otros huéspedes ya llevaban tiempo esperando y mejor se fueron incluso nosotros esperamos un buen rato y nadie llegaba.

  What a wonderful place. The rooms are just right. Lots of light and wonderful to open the floor to ceiling folding French doors to get fresh air and look at the tree tops. One of the most wonderful rooms I’ve ever stayed in.
