  Perfect location and great apartments with amenities. The only problem was when we arrived we got 6 hours with no towels because their partner delayed.

  Modern new building, clean and spacious rooms. Healthy, convenient breakfast served my a kind lady) Excellent location, many good restaurants around. Friendly and helpful and accommodating staff! Would highly recommend it to anyone.

  Definitely the location was great in Polanco. It’s on the main avenue and at a walking distance from many nice restaurants and shops.
  
  What could be improved: We have been offered a complimentary breakfast and it was very simple but fine. The problem was that it was very busy and they didn’t have enough cups, nor plates, nor cutlery. But it’s a detail that didn’t affect our stay.

  This was as advertised and expected. The staff were helpful and responsive when we had questions. Great location -felt safe, lots of restaurants and walkable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was reasonable – cereal, coffee, tea, eggs, fruits, yogurt and granola.

  What could be improved: There was no hot water in the first day that we were there. And The they did not put pillow case on your pillow.

  Location was amazing. The area was so cute and many places to eat and shop. Everything was clean. Very quiet. Never once heard people from other rooms or in the hallway.
  
  What could be improved: TV ‘s seemed old. One wouldn’t play volume for the English channels and both wouldn’t connect to Netflix and you couldn’t mirror from an iPad.
  
  Also, never seems to have enough toilet paper.
