My room was exactly what I expected from a well-run three-star property — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged without any unnecessary frills. The beds are actually quite good, and you know what really impressed me? The attention to small details like having enough outlets near the bed and decent water pressure in the shower. It’s those little things that show a hotel actually cares about the guest experience rather than just checking boxes. The furnishings are practical and well-maintained throughout.

Here’s where Pedregal Palace really shines — they offer free private parking, which anyone who’s tried to park in Mexico City will tell you is worth its weight in gold.   What could be improved: Towels. Very thin and old

  The staff was helpful and the location in the south of the city is great, there are convenience stores, small supermarket and pharmacy nearby. We had a malfunctioning hair dryer and the staff promptly helped and provided another one. The parking is free, although is valet parking.
  
  What could be improved: Hotel didn’t have a kettle for boiling water, also, there were several problems with electricity and the lifts during our stay. Hotel Only provided one small bottle of water (while most hotels provide two).

  Very centric location, the rooms were nice, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The shower in our room did not throw enough water, the light on the mirror outside of the bathroom did not work. Also, we had noisy neighbors on the room beside ours and woke us up at 3am when they arrived, you can hear them laughing, talking very loud.

  I have always found the Pedregal Palace extremely valuable because it is SO CLOSE to everything I need to do. Everywhere I go, is in the southern part of Mexico City, so it really helps that it is located near the Ajusco.
  
  What could be improved: I wish their wifi were much stronger and better distributed across the buildings. It's hard to do work when you need high speed internet and you don't get as strong a signal as you would need or like to.
