  There are hotels that you just know that you’ll return to, and the St Regis in Mexico City is one of them. It’s an oasis of peace in the middle bustling city! From the exceptional staff to the exquisite rooms, and the attention to details – it is everything you could ask for and more! The breakfast is amazing, and its restaurants and bars offer something for everyone. The staff is wonderful, and despite being at full capacity, the team will make you feel like you are their absolute priority. The rooms are timeless, elegant and the bed possibly the best I have ever slept in! I also highly recommend the hotel’s spa services, which only add to the feeling of complete calm and relaxation! And the concierge team and the butler service, who were always so helpful with any question or request!

  The service was impeccable as expected with the St. Regis brand. The attention to detail and hospitality was top tier and the best you’ll find in Mexico City. The facilities were amazing and we felt extremely comfortable the entire time. We did not want to leave!

  This hotel did not disappoint. Luxurious, safe, great facility, and in a quiet yet central part of the city. Both in-room dining and the hotel restaurant are really good. The butler service was excellent.
  
  What could be improved: I loved my suite however I felt like it could use some updating and refurbishing especially when it comes to the carpets and sofas. I felt like some parts of my room were very worn-out. Also, the lobby is on the smaller side and is not very inviting nor does not have a lot of seating options.
