  Great location. We were walking distance to so many of the sites and neighbourhoods we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a really spacious apartment so perfect for our family. We also took advantage of the swimming pool on a daily basis, which our son particularly enjoyed. The Kukun team were also super responsive to all our questions/needs by WhatsApp on a daily basis. Would definitely stay here again!
  
  What could be improved: A few rickety things in the apartment – a flickering light, another which didn't work. But these weren't a big deal. The staircase in the apartment was fine for us, but be wary if you're bringing toddlers as it's all open at the sides. The address is a bit tricky to find as the entrance is labeled a different number than that given on confirmation so our uber Driver (and us) had a bit of a tricky time when first arriving.

  What could be improved: it can be noisy but only if you are a super light sleeper. the time frame was from 6pm to 830 ish. and then it got a lot more quiet.

  I love everything about this stay. The staff was friendly and nice. Everyone had good vibes. The rooms are very large, cozy, and peaceful. It is centrally located. The wifi works perfectly. The kitchen is great. I loved this place and Kukun staff so much.

  Nice remodel, great view. Nice building.
  
  What could be improved: They gave us 2 sets of towels for a five nights stay, Took a day and a half before they finally brought more. There were no luggage racks to store your suitcases, two small sock drawers and five hangers when we got there. Had to ask them 3 to 4 times for more hangers to hang our clothes as there were no where else to put them. No drawers or storage in the bathroom, it even a shelf so nowhere to put your toiletries so had to keep putting everything back in the suitcase so it didn’t look like a mess. They had a really old washer dryer unit in one. It took 29 minutes to wash and 3 and a half hours to dry and would only take like 2 pounds of clothes. So many cheap, little things that they could’ve done to make the space way more comfortable. Made some suggestions but no response.

  Location, quick response via Whatsapp, comfortable beds, facilities. The unit is well equipped.
  
  What could be improved: One elevator pass key. When not together it was necessary to use the service elevator. Not a good experience. Although on the 10th floor the sirens from emergency vehicles were constant day and night.

  Excellent location, spacious rooms with a comfy bed. As someone who is very picky about pillows I was pleasantly surprised by what was provided.
  The interior design was very nice, my wife was obsessed with the wall of Baleros!
  We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but I can imagine if we stayed longer it would have been perfect.
  It was good that the bedroom area had a blackout blind, it made up for the broken blind in the living area. We almost didn't notice it so maybe the host should mention it to guests on arrival.
  
  What could be improved: There were a few things that clearly needed some maintenance, for example one of the main blinds was broken and the bathroom extractor fan didn't run. Nothing major though.
  There didn't appear to be a way to lock or properly close the window so there was always a small gap.
