  Great location, we went to Mexico City to a concert so the location was great! I already know other hotels from the same company and this one was great!

  This is my second time at this property and they deliver consistently. Staff is great, location is great, and the rooms are great. I didn't have any problems during my stay.
  
  What could be improved: There was construction going on in a nearby building, which bothered my sleep early in the morning. The final price could have been a bit more competitive (I've paid less for similarly branded hotels).

  Big room, very attentive, friendly staff, fluent in English, excellent housekeeping.
  
  What could be improved: From a 4 star hotel at 150€ per night (during the day of the dead week) I had expected a room where the toilet, shower, and sink drain well and where the shower head does not sprinkle in weird angles because it is blocked by lime. I don’t know if this was my room only, but given that these things don’t happen overnight, but accumulate over time, I suspect this not to be a casual oversight from housekeeping.
  
  As others have mentioned, Wifi is very slow.

  I would highly recommend Fiesta Inn Insurgentes Viaducto Hotel. Great everything! Location, shopping, restaurants. The staff is very friendly and very clean. My husband and I keep going back to this hotel. Also, the views of the city are wonderful. GREAT place to stay!
