  The room was really dark for sleeping
  
  What could be improved: The check in, the guy didn’t know what he was doing. He asked my name 5 times, how I made my reservation 3 times, I paid and 2 minutes later he asked how I was going to pay. The breakfast was not good, the eggs were just like balls of eggs stick together and overcooked.

  What could be improved: we arrived and they refused to give us our confirmed room. They “found” our reservation after we started calling booking. Not a pleasant experience after 18 hours of flight.

  The property is clean and the staff is very helpful. The hotel is secure and safe with a guard on site at all times. there is an attached garage for vehicles staffed 24/7
  
  What could be improved: There is a bar across the street that plays their music so loud that it is hard to sleep. This goes on until 3am when the bar closes. Earplugs were required. I liked the hotel and staff very much, but if I had to do it again, I would choose a different place to stay
