  This place is a good deal for what you get. It had a great location, the places are remodeled, and the staff is extremely helpful and responsive.
  
  The only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was there was a slight sense of lack of privacy. My main window looked into another apartment with a shade that was nearly see through depending on the light. The little bathroom window also has no cover.
  
  Either way, I’d stay here again.

  I had some trouble either the comfort of the mattress and the management provided me with a mattress topper that solved the problem. Very attentive to guests needs.

  The management was very helpful when I needed to change from a 2bedroom to a studio when my friend had to cancel. The management assisted with booking.com and price adjustment. The location was great, the apt was clean, it had a good shower and kitchen facilities.
  
  What could be improved: The fabric of the sheets were not comfortable, the couch cushions were thin.

  The owner/apartment manager was very responsive to messages and went above and beyond with support, they checked if we had everything we needed and offered us local recommendations. Before checking in, we were also surprised with a free upgraded room with better natural lighting.
  
  The apartment was great and very comfortable, it had everything we needed and more. It was modern and very clean with nice amenities.
  
  The location was perfect, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It felt very safe in the apartments, there was a member of staff at reception in the lobby at all times to let us in and out of the building. We could leave our bags in the lobby before check in.

  Great location. Very responsive host. Made sure I had everything I needed and happily gave recommendations. Clean comfortable and very safe and secure. I’d stay here again for sure. I see on many reviews complaints about noise but honestly it wasn’t loud. They provided earplugs I never had to use them. Perhaps these reviews are left by people who don’t actually live in the country of Mexico because “quiet” like in the suburbs of USA Canada or Europe isn’t a thing in any part of this country. There are so many nearby cafes restaurants and it’s also very close to the center. I loved my stay here.
